Dub, as we like to call him, is quite a handsome Jacob ram.  He has nice pronounced spots (which he is passing on!) beautiful fleece, and impressive horns.  He produced a nice lamb crop for us in spring of '08 with quite a few lilacs in the mix.  We are thankful to Tony and Shannon of Kenleigh Acres for providing us yet another lovely ram.

Raider has four very impressive horns, lovely markings, a nice fleece, and a pretty even temperament.  His first crop of lambs in spring of '09 have been beautiful!  Consistent crimpy fleeces with strong horns are our average with him!  We couldn't be more pleased -- we hope to be keeping one of his sons to continue on with our breeding program.

Dudley is the one in the foreground and this pic was taken just before he was returned to Kenleigh Acres.  Dudley was our very first flock sire and one that I was happy to have because I was pretty sure he wasn't related to all the ewes I had acquired from a family friend.  I met my new friend and Jacob sheep mentor, Shannon, through Dudley and he produced a couple of crops of lovely ewes whom we have kept as breeding stock.

Dudley, though a bit strange in personality, passed on some great genetics, his blue eyes, and loud coloring.  I am grateful to have had him as a part of our flock, no matter how destructive.

Dudley was a big lilac carrier / producer!

Hudson is a very well built, excellently marked lilac four horned ram.  His horns are very well spaced reaching upward like his sire's.  We are happy to have him put on some of our ewes this fall to see what he produces for us in '10.  With is super calm demeanor and his beautiful markings, we're sure to get some excellent little lambs.
